The Gulmmatt in Baar (canton of Zug) is one of the most important commercial sites in the region and acts as a central location for companies in the construction, logistics and services sectors. The site was taken over by Gebrüder Risi AG in 1962 and is now owned by Risi Immobilien AG.

Gössi Carreisen is a family-run travel company based in Horw (Canton Lucerne) and is one of the leading car travel providers in Central Switzerland. Gössi has been offering a wide range of holidays since 1975 – from classic car journeys and air travel to cycling holidays and cruises. With over 300 travel offers, the company covers a wide range of destinations and themes.

Sustainability, performance and convenience – these are the principles with which the Binelli Group, one of Switzerland’s leading BMW and MINI partners, is driving forward the mobility of the future. An outstanding example of this is the newly realised charging infrastructure at one of its locations. The project, realised with the technology and expertise of Invisia, shows how electromobility can be designed to be efficient, intelligent and user-friendly.

The Hangenmoos development in Wädenswil on Lake Zurich is an outstanding example of modern and sustainable architecture in residential construction. Ecological energy supply took centre stage in the planning of the approximately 290 flats.

A new urban neighbourhood has been created on an area the size of around ten football pitches to the south of Zurich – Dietlimoos in Adliswil comprises around seven building plots. The modern development offers space for around 430 rental flats, which impress with their contemporary design and high-quality fittings.

On the Schorenareal site in Arlesheim, a development and production site for selected technology companies is being built on around 70,000 square metres. It is being built here for future generations – the company Fankhauser Aralaentwicklung AG is focussing strongly on sustainable and ecological thinking. Invisia’s task here was to merge electromobility with the building.
