Electric mobility with vision – the Binelli Group’s charging infrastructure

More than 90 charging points – seamlessly integrated and intelligently controlled
Over 90 charging points for electric vehicles were installed as part of the project. These are a combination of AC charging stations (for normal charging) and DC charging stations (for fast intermediate charging). The charging points extend over two basement levels and the outside area and are optimally integrated into the existing architecture. This not only ensures high charging availability, but also convenient use – whether for employees, customers or external guests.

Public charging included – thanks to back-end connection
A central element of the project is the integration of selected charging points into a public back-end. In concrete terms, this means that drivers of electric vehicles that do not belong to the Binelli Group can also use these charging stations – for example via roaming platforms or common charging apps. Billing is digital and automated via the back-end system. This further enhances the location, for example as an attractive charging point for visitors or fleet partners.
For the operator, this means maximum flexibility in controlling access rights, tariffs and usage models – without additional administrative effort. Invisia enables this integration via open interfaces and a powerful cloud platform.
Intelligent load and charging management from Invisia
The load and charging management system from Invisia is at the centre of the technical implementation. This ensures that the available energy is distributed efficiently and dynamically. It prevents load peaks, makes optimum use of free capacity and ensures that there is no risk of overloading the infrastructure even at high utilisation levels. At the same time, prioritisation can be defined – for specific vehicle groups or times, for example – in order to optimally adapt operations to the respective requirements.

Future-proof, scalable and ESG-compliant
The solution is not only designed to meet current requirements, but is also future-proof and scalable. New charging points can be easily integrated if required. The technology used supports current standards and is ready for future developments – for example in the area of bidirectional charging or grid-friendly control.
The project also makes an active contribution to the ESG-compliant corporate strategy. The transparency of energy flows, usage data and CO₂ savings supports both the internal sustainability strategy and external communication.

A flagship project with a signalling effect
With this solution, the Binelli Group is sending out a clear signal in favour of sustainable mobility and technological innovation. The project impressively demonstrates how charging infrastructure can be planned, implemented and operated today – economically, user-friendly and open to the mobility of tomorrow.
Invisia is delighted to have realised this reference project together with the Binelli Group and to accompany other locations and companies on the path to electromobility.
